During the strict lockdown we provided live webinars covering a range of topics, an on-line Foxtrot Party, a Racing Quiz and virtual stable tours.
We understand how important good communication is to owners. On average we send out 15,000 emails a month to our members including videos and photographs of their horses and interviews with the stable staff after riding work.
The number of owners allowed to attend race meetings has now been relaxed and Foxtrot members and their guests are able to attend race meetings to see their horses run.
We are also now holding stable visits ahead, albeit with social distancing.
Raceday experience for Foxtrot Racing Members
Morning of the race
Foxtrot Members receive an email with
Details of how to watch the race
A digital racecard
A race preview video provided by our trainer explaining how the horse has been working, thoughts on the other horses in the race and our tactics for the race.
Before the race
For those unable to come to the racecourse, we send a live broadcast to our members from the racecourse. The aim is to show the horses being saddled and led around the parade ring, the jockeys mounting and horses going down to the start. We also have a final chat with our trainer to see how our horse travelled to the course and any last minute news and race tactics before ‘the off’.
We’ve already sent out detials on how to watch the race from home to the syndciate members so you can enjoy watching from home
For those at the course, we ensure they are well looked after and have everything they need including access to refreshments and food and a good view of the race!
After the race
Following the race we’ll arrange for the trainer and jockey to debrief with the shareholders present. Hopefully there will be a glass of champagne to celebrate our success and we’ll watch the replay and discuss the race.
We’ll email all the owners not on course with a summary of the race and video feedback from the trainer and jockey.
The next day
The next day we’ll send an email to all the syndicate, with a video if possible, to let you know how your horse has come out of the race and any plans for your horse’s next run.

Raceday ownership is slowly returning back to a normal experience. While the government’s ‘Guildelines for Elite Sport’ continues to encourage small steps towards normality we are working hard to provide an outstanding experience for our syndicate members.
