Ralph has been involved in racehorse training ever since leaving school in 1989. Before taking out his own licence he worked with Arthur Moore in Ireland, Martin Pipe and was Assistant Trainer to Peter Walwyn before taking over Peter’s licence on his retirement in 2000. He was immediately successful and has since won many major races including 2008 Epsom Oaks (Look Here) and the Breeders Cup Marathon (Muhannak).
Ralph is based at Kimpton Down stables near Andover, which boasts outstanding facilities.
