Exciting prospect for 2012 – only one share remaining

The Prime Viper was bought
for €90,000 as a foal at Tattersalls Ireland and is a well made and attractive filly. She is a beautifully bred filly by Traditionally out of a full sister to Grade Three winning hurdler and Grade One winning chaser Accordion Etoile, and Grade Three winning hurdler and Grade Two winning chaser French Accordion.

David Pipe will be training her at his famous Pond House Racing Stables which boasts facilities that have pioneered and revolutionised the racing world through his father Martin. The stables are located in a small hamlet called Nicholashayne, near Wellington.

David Pipe FillyThe Prime Viper has been leased to Foxtrot Racing for the 2011-12 season but with an option to continue with her for a further season if we wish. David would like to start her off in national hunt flat races, before progressing to hurdling.

This Partnership offers Partners a rare opportunity to be involved in a €90,000 horse at one of the country’s top stables.

The Partnership will receive all prize-money won by The Prime Viper and a set of accounts will be produced at the end of the season, with any remaining funds and prize-money divided between the Partners.

The Partnership will be exclusive with just ten shareholders. A share will cost £2240. There will be nothing else to pay. The Partnership will run until to 30thApril 2012. At the end of the season Partners will receive a dividend of all unspent funds and prize-money.
